In today’s world, we spend so much time insulating ourselves from each other that it’s a wonder we ever really connect. Social media platforms like Twitter and FaceBook say we are connecting, however, there is so much chatter and static it feel more like walking into a drunken cocktail party.
They say we need 12 hugs a day in order to be well balanced. I’m sending out this virtual hug, as a special treat to you.
How good did that feel? I simply loved it!

Wow! How to feel good in three and a half minutes! Forwarding! Yes!
That’s my point exactly, Al. We don’t need a lot of time to raise our energy. We just need to make raising our vibration a matter of habit.
Thanks it was just what I needed, made my day
You are welcome, Norman. I watched this a dozen time the day I posted it, and I’m going to make it a daily habit.
Thank You Donna (hugs)

You are welcome, Peggy. I have watched this video dozens of times. Every time, it makes me feel great!
This video is so true. I am and always have been a hugger. And I know that is one reason that I feel so good about myself.
Al, I think of hugging this way. It allows us to enter the energy space of another person and connect. Maybe that’s why they say we need 12 hugs a day.
