Focusing on your abundance, one of the exercises I have my poker-coaching clients do is a 40-day gratitude journal. Each evening for 40 days, write 10 things for which you are grateful. The only rule is that each entry must be unique. Do not repeat yourself. This enables you to look for the blessings in the most remote places of your life.

6. Green Bean Casserole
7. Corn Casserole
8. Apple Pie
9. Pumpkin Pie
Remember, if you can't raise, don't call.
